Following a competitive tender process, FES Group is proud to have won the contract for Regional Accommodation Maintenance Services with Amey on behalf of the Defence Infrastructure Organisation.

The facilities management scope is to carry out reactive maintenance, void property management and upgrade works, move in preparation, statutory and planned maintenance for 3,101 military properties throughout Scotland. The initial term of the contract is 3 years.

The contract is currently in its mobilisation phase, which will involve the TUPE transfer of incumbent employees, with the contract being effective from 1st May 2024.
