The packed awards ceremony on 1st November was a celebration of the great and the good of the FM industry hosted by, TV personality, Claudia Winkleman.
Award-winning excellence in Facilities Management
FES FM has been working in partnership with MTR Elizabeth line for the last six years. It is an exceptionally collaborative partnership which involves detailed performance regimes/KPIs with very stringent resolution timescales – all of which ensure that Elizabeth line customers are provided with the very best passenger experience possible.
The Elizabeth line is one of the UK’s busiest railways. Over 600,000 journeys are made on the Elizabeth line each weekday. FES FM plays a key part in the delivery arrangements and how customers perceive stations managed by MTR Elizabeth line and how they rate their passenger experience.
The FES and MTR Elizabeth line teams have developed an exceptionally collaborative approach to the contract, providing both hard and soft FM services across 28 stations.
