FES FM has provided facilities management services to MTREL for the Elizabeth Line stations since 2015. Our team of over 80 colleagues dedicated to this contract provide both Hard and Soft FM services to ensure the stations and the surrounding environment are kept in first class condition.
The Elizabeth Line currently operates as two distinct sections – running from Paddington in West London to Reading and from Liverpool Street in East London to Shenfield. Once the central part opens linking these two sections, the Elizabeth Line will provide around 700 timetabled services each day and serve a projected passenger footfall of around 200 million per year once it is fully operational.
Canary Wharf is the fourth and final central station to pass to the control of MTREL as SFO following completion. FES FM are delighted to expand our support to the contract by providing hard and soft maintenance services to this iconic piece of core London transport infrastructure from Friday 21st January. Everyone within the contract is now looking forward to working in partnership with MTREL to prepare for full passenger service later in 2022.
