FES FM is proud to be working in partnership with, Spanish company, Serveo to deliver FM services to its client, ITP Aero – also a Spanish company.
Serveo is one of the world’s leading infrastructure operators and municipal services companies, committed to developing sustainable solutions, with more than 50 years of service to cities and industry.
ITP Aero is a global company that designs, develops and produces parts for the aerospace industry, as well as delivering Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) services. Established in 1989 as a joint venture between Spanish engineering conglomerate SENER and Rolls Royce plc, ITP Aero is now an independent company, employing over 5,000 people worldwide.
The contract, effective from 1st April 2024, will see FES FM deliver Facility Management services to ITP Aero’s Hucknall site in Nottingham until 31st March 2029.

Initially, our primary objective is to manage the change of FM provider to ensure a seamless transition at the ITP Aero site, so that all services offered are delivered smoothly and the reliability of the plant is maintained.”
