Gaining an apprenticeship can be the foundation of a lifelong career.  At FES, we believe it is important that our apprentices are supported to achieve their full potential.  Apprentices are our future workforce and therefore we invest heavily in them.

Our apprenticeship scheme combines theory-based learning with hands-on site-based work experiences, ensuring our apprentices gain valuable skills from their time spent on various projects.  We have supplemented this with access to our bespoke Training Academy to provide additional practice and guidance for apprentices when they are learning their trade.

Managed by our award-winning Training Manager, our Academy is a key tool for FES in achieving our 90% apprentice retention rate.
